Standard Delivery Policy
- Our Free and/or Flat Rate Shipping Policy only applies to eligible Market Australia products and brands purchased through this site.* All non-eligible items (e.g. third party marketplace partner/seller) will be charged standard shipping rates.
*Click here for a complete list of eligible Market Australia brands. - To be eligible for Free Shipping, orders must contain at least AUD$130.00 in eligible products after all applicable discounts have been applied to the order (excluding taxes and other fees). All orders containing less than AUD$130.00 in eligible products are eligible for AUD$7.00 Flat Rate Shipping.
- Items that qualify for Free or Flat Rate Shipping will have a tag indicating eligibility.
- Free and Flat Rate Shipping are only available for eligible Market Australia products shipped to an Australian delivery addresses.
- Our delivery partner will aim to deliver your order to the address provided by you at the time of your purchase. You must ensure that you are able to take delivery of the product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by our delivery partner. Our delivery partners may contact you via email and/or SMS prior to delivery to provide you with different delivery options, including giving authority to leave the item at the address or have your delivery rerouted to a collection point. Alternatively, the courier may leave a card requesting your instructions on either redelivery or collection from the carrier or a collection point.
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address for the delivery of the order.
- All orders returned to us due to undeliverability or refusal will be charged standard shipping rates if you request that we reship the order.
- Our carriers do not deliver on weekends.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping and/or Flat Rate Shipping at any time.
- The cost of shipping your order will be displayed at checkout. By completing your order, you are agreeing to pay the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
- Free Shipping may not be offered in conjunction with some coupons/promotions and deals.
